Age Groups contested are 5-6 (Div. 1 Sub-Primary), 7-8 (Div. 2 Primary) and 9 (Div. 3 Sub-Bantam) year olds as of 12/31/2010. Each athlete may compete in two individual events plus one relay. If athlete is registered for more than 2 individual events one will be dropped at the discretion of the meet management without contacting coaches or parents.
Events by Age: (Two events per athlete)
100 Meters - All Age Groups
200 Meters - All Age Groups
400 Meters - All Age Groups
800 Meters - 7 thru 9 year olds
4x100M Relay – Division 1 and 2 (8 and under) may run as a combined age group for Relays Only. Sub-Bantams may only form sub-bantam relays.
Long Jump - All Age Groups
Shot put - All Age Groups .
Pre – Registration Fee: $6.00 per athlete online registration at www.coacho.com. Online-registration closes Wednesday May 5, 2010. Relays must be registered at post registration only.
Post Registration Fee: $10.00 per Athlete/$12 per relay Cash or Money Order only. Registration time is 8am – 9:00am punctually. You must be in line for post-registration no later than 8:45am. All others will be turned away. Post registered athletes will not be seeded, but placed in an available empty lane or new heats.
Parents and Coaches do not fail with poor punctuality. There will be Awards for All.

Route 17 to Route 4 East Exit. Route 4 East approx. five miles to 1st Teaneck Road/ Teaneck/Ridgefield Park Exit. Turn right onto Cranford Place. Go 1/2 block. Turn right into the Cranford parking lot.
From: Philadelphia & South Jersey Take NJ Turnpike North to exit 70A-B/Leonia/Teaneck take exit 70B/Teaneck at 2nd light bear right onto Teaneck Road after 4 light turn left onto Cranford Place. Go 1/2 block. Turn right into the Cranford parking lot.

Take 280 East, 80 East, or Route 3 East to the NJ Turnpike. Follow to exit 15e. Pay toll, and follow signs to Routes 1 & 9 North (truck route). Go over two bridges to the traffic light. Bear left past the second bridge. Take 1 & 9 North. You will be going past the track on your right. At Duncan Avenue make a right and park in the lot.
